First off, I want to sincerely apologize to everyone for claiming Thursday Updates and then not following up on that. It was a bit premature on my part to assume that everything would just fall in line and I shouldn’t have made that assumption. Now this in no way means that we won’t be following through, it’s just taking us a bit longer to get everything back on the same page again (as if we ever had it on the same page to begin with -_-;;;). I figured you guys deserved to know and also deserved an apology. The new [sic] comic will be up Thursday…Seriously ^_^!

I know some of you have been following this comic for a long time and for years now we have been off and on and for a very long time we have been off and personally we thought we would stay that way. We never really intended for the comic to just stop, but it did and Remy and I never could pull ourselves together long enough to continue and for that we apologize, not only to our long time readers, but also our new readers.

Now recently we have had a couple of comics trickle out of the pipeline and I’m happy to report that they aren’t just something to give you false hope. Starting this week [sic] is back and will be updating every Thursday and this time were aiming to keep it that way. Remy and I are very happy to return to [sic] full time and see it through until the end. We also use to be pretty close to the top 100 over at TWC back in the day, so please take a moment to vote and if we seem to making some movement i’ll start doing some fun omakes as vote incentives..deal? Also, leave us some comments as we would love to hear from you guys either here or on the Darkstar forum.

I know it’s been awhile, but I can report a [sic] comic is on it’s way. I can’t say for sure if it’s going to be a trend, but i’m damn well going to try and make it one. I want to see this project to the end and both Rems and I will have to put on our big boys pants and just do it!

So this is just a notice to keep an eye out this week as the comic is coming!

I won’t take up too much of your time expressing my feelings on Disney buying up Marvel because it would be a waste of time. The deal is pretty much done and soon Tinkerbell will be fighting the Wasp for the championship belt! Let’s just say I think even the devil himself thinks this is some evil shit to pull! Oh well…I guess only time will tell how this will play out, but expect to see Spidey climbing Cinderellas tower at a theme park near you very soon.

Anyway, I noticed that a few people have made some comments and they didn’t get approved. That was my fault as I never really completed copying over the settings and  the spam was just coming in waves. Well I have fixed that and all comments should be approved and will be approved in the future. The reason I bring up comments is because people have been asking about the comic and I believe one person questioned my ability to tell time. I will say again that this comics update schedule is very unstable and that is why it doesn’t have one. Now I would be lying if I said they we aren’t currently working on new scripts because the fact of the matter is that we are working on new scripts and you should be seeing a new comic here shortly.  However, Bare in mind that until Remy and I can work out some details then there will be no set update times.

So in short…No! [sic] isn’t dead and won’t be until the story is done! So if you have any questions leave a comment or head over to the new forums and start up a topic. It is kinda dead in there and we need a few good people to spark it up! http://forums.darkstar-studios.com/

Hey guys…I knew this wouldn’t be much of a surprise to some. I would type an explanation but I have decided to let Remy cover that. For now lets just welcome the [sic] webcomic to the Darkstar family! Also, just to give some of you an idea for an update schedule…we are not setting one. We have agreed that updating [sic] will still be kind of shaky for time being, but we promise it won’t be numbered in years. Hopefully we can soon return to providing one at least once a week, but for now just check back when you can or even subscribe to the RSS feed. We have launched this today with a new update as a gesture of goodwill lol.

I would like to take the time to thank everyone who has supported this comic over the years and has stuck by it even though we haven’t been updating. We wouldn’t be doing it if it weren’t for you guys and your awesome support…So from the bottom of our hearts, Thank you!
